What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

The options are endless. I like resistant bands, dumbbells, and mats. Really, you can use your own weight, water bottles, and more for a creative, yet effective workout.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Like most, I enjoy working out. As time passes, the body does not respond the same as it did in previous years. So I harness the change, and tap into other sources of motivation to ignite our inner energy. I work with all levels, including women and older adults.

Will the plan work for me?

Accountability and Responsibility are key. Since each of us have different needs based on age, lifestyle, stress levels, and health. How much sleep do you get? How much water do you drink? What type of workout do you like? What is your body type? I take these factors and more into consideration when helping a client reach their personal goals.
